About Harveen

Harveen Thauli is a sole practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in corporate and securities law, working in association with Veronica Armstrong Law Corporation. She advises on regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure and financial disclosure obligations, prepares transactional agreements and regulatory filings, and represents clients in investigations and enforcement matters before securities regulators and the courts of British Columbia. She previously worked as a senior investigator in the BC Securities Commission's Enforcement department. In 2017 she was elected the first Canadian member of the Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI) Tribunal in Lausanne, Switzerland, which hears cases involving breaches of international equestrian sport rules.
