About Paula

Paula Venegas is the founder of the firm, with over 21 years of litigation experience focused on personal injury, insurance denial claims, and civil disputes. Her work has produced multimillion-dollar settlements and successful trial outcomes in cases involving serious injury and significant loss. Venegas earned a bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia with a double major in Sociology and Latin American Studies, then completed her law degree at the University of Windsor. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2004. Fluent in Spanish, she offers mobile consultations to clients across British Columbia and is also a director of a non-profit animal rescue organization.
