About Amanda
Amanda Nash is an immigration lawyer in St. John's who also practises labour and employment law. She advises employers on labour impact market assessments, work permits and statutory compliance, and assists individuals with visitor visas, study permits, work permits and permanent residency applications. Amanda also helps clients overcome issues of inadmissibility and has represented individuals challenging unreasonable immigration decisions, drawing on her administrative law and judicial review experience. She earned a B.A. from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick, and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2013. She has also taught labour relations at Memorial University.
