About Alycia

Alycia Nicoll is an Associate at DWF Canada in Vancouver, called to the British Columbia Bar in 2026. She holds a J.D. from Western University, an M.A. in criminology and sociolegal studies from the University of Toronto, and a B.A. from the University of Victoria. Her civil litigation practice covers general insurance litigation, with experience in both subrogation and defence, and a focus on professional liability, employment and bodily injury matters. During law school she volunteered with Western's Dispute Resolution Centre and worked as a legal research assistant in public health law and legal ethics.
