Mohamed Amery is a partner who represents clients across a wide range of business law matters, from routine issues to high-stakes, complex disputes. He has served as long-standing counsel to engineering firms, oil and gas service providers, financial, accounting and law firms, construction companies, property owners, and industrial and service businesses, as well as non-profit organizations, and he advises professionals, employees and shareholders on a variety of matters. Mohamed has acted as counsel in numerous reported court decisions, though he is equally focused on resolving disputes through careful strategy and planning that avoids lengthy proceedings where possible.
