About Charlotte

Charlotte Tan has a broad tax practice focused on tax litigation and dispute resolution, along with providing tax planning and advisory guidance to individuals, businesses, trusts, and estate clients. She earned her law degree from the University of British Columbia's Allard School of Law, where she was part of UBC's team at the Bowman National Tax Moot and worked as a student clinician with the Business Law Clinic. Before joining Thorsteinssons, she worked at a small Vancouver firm specializing in tax and estates matters and completed an internship with an international law firm in Hong Kong. Her writing has appeared in Canadian Tax Focus.
