About Mark

Mark A. Freeman received his law degree from Queen's University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2004. He has practiced with Preszler Injury Lawyers as a plaintiff-side advocate since early in his career, handling motor vehicle, slip and fall, long-term disability, medical malpractice and wrongful dismissal claims. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario. He holds a BCom from the University of Toronto and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
