About Dharam

Dharam Dhillon is a Partner at Keystone Law Group. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, with a specific focus on land development and construction law, including buying, selling, and leasing investment properties. He advises clients on the acquisition, development, and sale of development properties, assists with rezoning, strata, and subdivision matters, and helps structure ownership arrangements including corporate ownership, bare trusts, partnerships, and joint ventures. His development experience spans high-rise towers, mixed-use buildings, commercial and industrial strata, townhouse communities, and residential subdivisions. He received his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta, where he served as President of the Law Students' Association. He obtained an Osgoode Law School Certificate in Construction Law in 2019 and has served on the boards of NAIOP and the Sanford Housing Society.
