Ryan Greer, TEP, is a partner in the firm's Tax/Trusts group, advising on income tax, GST, PST, and property transfer tax matters. His practice focuses on tax planning and tax litigation, with an emphasis on corporate taxation and estate planning, including complex wills, estate freezes, and inter-vivos and joint spousal trusts, and he represents clients in disputes with the CRA at the Audit, Appeals, and Tax Court levels.
