About Troy

Troy Ungerman is Canadian co-head of mergers and acquisitions and head of the Canadian transactional representation and warranty insurance practice. His practice includes domestic, international and cross-border private M&A, transactional R&W insurance, and corporate governance advice to clients across aviation, infrastructure, technology, retail, manufacturing and financial services. He co-chairs the Canadian private M&A team, founded the firm's Canadian Pride Network, and served as the firm's first chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer for nearly 10 years.
