Mark Swartz is a partner at Harris + Harris LLP. He earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 1988. His primary focus is corporate and commercial law, where he works with the firm's business clients on shareholder and partnership agreements, shareholder disputes, business purchases and sales, and corporate reorganizations.
