About Luis

Luis A. Hernandez was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2017 after receiving his J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2016. He is a senior associate at Levitt Di Lella Duggan & Chaplick LLP, focusing on condominium work, including solicitor and litigation-related matters, and residential tenancies. He has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Condominium Authority Tribunal, and is a director of the Canadian Condominium Institute's Windsor-Essex Chapter and of the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association. He is fluent in Spanish.
