About Allison

Allison McCarthy is a Partner called to the New Brunswick bar in 1992, with a corporate and commercial law practice covering mergers and acquisitions, contracts, procurement, financing, and real property. He regularly acts on P3 and traditional infrastructure projects from procurement through financial close, and represents provincial governments on infrastructure projects for schools, hospitals, and communications. McCarthy has acted for purchasers of apartment buildings and shopping centres, planned estate freezes for owner-managed businesses, and represented lenders in venture capital financing. He holds an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick and a B.A. from St. Thomas University, and has repeatedly been named Best Lawyers' banking and finance and corporate law Lawyer of the Year in Fredericton.
