About Hani

Hani Al-Dajane founded Emerge Law in 2019. He practises as a corporate and transactional lawyer, acting as outside counsel to businesses on issues spanning company formation through to exit, including employment law compliance, regulatory matters, and business acquisitions and sales. His client base regularly includes entrepreneurs, dentists, and other health care professionals, and unusually for a corporate lawyer, he also takes on litigation files, advocating for both employees and companies.
