About Brian

Brian R. Kelly is the youngest son of the firm's founder, the late John Joseph Kelly, and has over thirty years of legal experience. He maintains a general practice covering family law, civil litigation, business and commercial law, employment, personal injury, wills and estates, municipal and administrative law, real estate, human rights, criminal law, and collections. He was called to the bar in 1991 after earning his LL.B. from Queen's University.
