About Jessica
Jessica Kras is an associate whose litigation practice centers on professional liability, class actions, and complex commercial disputes, including fraud and oppression claims. She has substantial experience securing urgent injunctive relief and has acted on matters spanning banking, professional services, construction, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as government-related mandates. Jessica has appeared before courts in Ontario, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories, and also conducts and represents parties in workplace and regulatory investigations. She holds a joint JD and Master of Public Policy from the University of Toronto, along with a certificate in Aboriginal law, and a BA in Political Science and English Literature from McGill University. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
