About Abigail

Abigail Turner is a senior partner in Harper Grey's Health Law Group with over thirty years of experience in medical malpractice defence, administrative law, and regulatory matters, defending physicians in human rights complaints, hospital-privileges disputes, inquests, civil litigation, and College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia proceedings. Turner earned an LLB and BA from the University of British Columbia and an LLM from the University of Bristol, and was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 1993 and the Yukon bar in 2012. Included in Benchmark Canada's Top 100 Women in Litigation for four consecutive years.
