About Kris
Kris Liset is an Associate at Crawford Munroe Thomson LLP practising in all areas of labour and employment law, with particular expertise in workers' compensation disputes gained partly through volunteer advocacy during law school. Liset summered with the firm in 2021, articled there in 2022, and joined as an associate in 2023, and volunteered with UBC's Law Students' Legal Advice Program on workers' compensation matters. Liset earned a BA with Distinction from Simon Fraser University in 2017 and a J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC in 2022, winning the Stuart Clyne Prize in Labour Law and the Ed Peck Industrial Relations Prize in Law. Liset was called to the British Columbia bar in 2023 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
