Kim J. Yee is a partner at Harper Grey with over fifteen years of experience representing clients in British Columbia and Alberta. The health law practice represents physicians in civil actions, coroners' inquests, and matters before the College of Physicians and Surgeons, and also advises insurers and self-insured businesses on risk management and claims. Yee is a practicing mediator and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Victoria Faculty of Law, teaching an upper-year health law course, and received the 2025 Canadian Defence Lawyers Richard B. Lindsay KC Exceptional Young Lawyer Award.
