About Leisha
Leisha Murphy has practiced family law for more than 13 years and co-founded Connect Family Law with Simon Kent in 2015. She focuses on resolving separations outside of court through collaborative divorce, mediation, and negotiation, and is a certified family law mediator. Her work centres on the division of businesses and trusts, including the tax implications of those divisions, and she prepares marriage and cohabitation agreements covering business interests, property, family trusts, and anticipated inheritances. She also advises clients on child support, spousal support, and parenting arrangements.
