About Abdul
Abdul Abdulmalik ran his own criminal law practice before joining Platform Litigation and earlier worked for Legal Aid in Northern Manitoba for two years. He now represents clients from a range of backgrounds at courthouses throughout the Lower Mainland, including serious matters ranging from kidnapping to aggravated and sexual assault. Abdulmalik received his J.D. in 2019 from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in Halifax, where he completed a placement in the Criminal Clinic assisting on high-profile sexual assault cases, and afterward volunteered with Legal Aid in Nova Scotia. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2020. Abdulmalik holds a Bachelor of Arts in social work from the University of British Columbia.
