Susan P. Arnold is Associate Counsel at Crawford Munroe Thomson LLP representing public and private sector employers in labour, employment, and human rights matters, including collective agreements, arbitration and dispute resolution, employment standards, human rights, privacy, administrative law, and BC Police Act matters, and conducts workplace investigations across both sectors. Arnold has more than 35 years of experience appearing before the BC Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the Yukon Human Rights Commission, and various arbitration boards. Arnold earned a BA from the University of British Columbia in 1977 and an LL.B. from UBC in 1982, and later served as an adjunct professor at UBC's Faculty of Law teaching labour and human rights law, as well as on the BC Law Institute's Employment Standards Act Reform Project Committee. Arnold belongs to the Law Societies of British Columbia and Yukon and the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers, and has been recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, in Best Lawyers in Canada since 2010, and in the 2019 edition of Who's Who Legal: Canada.
