About Emma
Emma Logue is a lawyer at Platform Litigation whose practice focuses on criminal litigation, representing clients in the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the BC Supreme Court throughout the Lower Mainland. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2023 and completed her articles at Platform Litigation, where she was called to the bar in 2024. During law school she was a judicial intern at the Provincial Court of British Columbia in Kelowna and volunteered with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program and Pro Bono Students Canada. Logue holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies from the University of British Columbia Okanagan. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Criminal Defence Advocacy Society of British Columbia, and the Association of Legal Aid Lawyers.
