The firm acts for insurance companies, brokerages and agencies in Ontario and other Canadian jurisdictions, and advises brokerages and agencies on acquisitions as well as corporate and regulatory questions. Stephen R. Grant, now counsel at the firm, has spent more than forty years advising mutual insurers on board governance, regulation and amalgamations, and has helped with amendments to statutes affecting insurers in several provinces.

Bennett Grant can help farm families from the initial purchase of a farm through estate planning for the operation, and G. The real estate group handles over 500 transactions a year across Ontario for investors and developers, buyers and sellers, and commercial landlords and tenants. Tim J.
