About Nicole K. Wozniak

Nicole K. Wozniak is a litigation associate at Bennett Grant LLP, handling insurance defence files, estate and power of attorney fights, and cases where animals are at the heart of the dispute. Debt recovery and collection is part of the practice too.

Nicole has resolved estate disputes over how an estate is being administered, conflicts between estate trustees, who owns or is entitled to property, whether a will is valid, and beneficiaries' claims. Nicole also has experience in contested power of attorney litigation, dependant's relief applications, passings of accounts by attorneys, estate trustees or guardians, and guardianship applications.

Dog bite, breeder and kennel club matters

Hands-on experience showing and training dogs gives Nicole practical insight into dog bite claims, disagreements with breeders and matters involving the Canadian Kennel Club. Nicole has represented clients before the Canadian Kennel Club itself.

Insurance defence litigation

Defending insurance claims is one of Nicole's main areas, handled within Bennett Grant's litigation group.
