Wagner Sidlofsky LLP is a Toronto law firm that represents Canadian and international individuals and businesses in disputes. Its own materials describe a single-minded focus on litigation rather than transactional work, concentrated in three areas: estate litigation, commercial litigation, and elder law, particularly financial abuse of seniors. The team includes seven partners along with counsel and a group of associates, working out of one office suite at 400 University Avenue in downtown Toronto. Lawyers appear regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and various administrative tribunals, and the firm has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Canada.

The name comes from founding partners Charles Wagner and Gregory Sidlofsky. Wagner was called to the Ontario bar in 1985 and holds the Law Society of Ontario's Certified Specialist designation in Estates and Trusts Law. Sidlofsky, the managing partner, holds the Certified Specialist designation in Civil Litigation. Wagner also created and chairs the Estates and Trusts Group at B'nai Brith Canada, a continuing legal education program for lawyers and accountants that began as a small breakfast gathering and later drew close to 200 attendees a year.
