About Raquel
Raquel Levine is counsel at Wagner Sidlofsky LLP, drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney and advising estate trustees and executors on estate administration, including applications for certificates of appointment. She also advises private businesses, professional corporations and not-for-profit organizations on corporate and commercial matters such as contracts, leases and corporate governance, and assists business owners with purchasing new ventures or selling existing enterprises. Raquel graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the Dean's Gold Key Award and served as editor-in-chief of the Obiter Dicta, having earlier earned a Bachelor of Commerce in finance with distinction from McGill University. She is a member of the Ontario bar.
