About Margarita

Margarita Grup is an associate at Wagner Sidlofsky and a member of the firm's Estates and Commercial Litigation groups. She earned her law degree from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in 2021 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022, after completing an Honours B.A. in Law and Society and Political Science at York University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Before joining the firm, she worked at a trust, estate, and capacity litigation firm, representing clients in disputes involving wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and capacity, and she also advised on estate wealth management as a senior consultant at a major financial institution. Margarita is fluent in Hebrew and Russian.
