About Adam
Adam Persofsky joined Wagner Sidlofsky as an associate in the firm's Estates and Commercial Litigation Groups after his call to the Ontario Bar in 2025. He completed his J.D. at Queen's University, where his coursework in trusts, wills and estates, civil litigation, and property law lined up closely with his current practice. While studying, he worked at one of Queen's advocacy clinics, served as a Senior Editor of the Canadian Law Review, and volunteered with both the Queen's Law Journal and Pro Bono Students Canada. Adam also holds an Honours BA in Political Science from York University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a minor in Philosophy and belonged to the Dean's Circle of Student Scholars. Before joining the firm, he articled at a large full-service practice and gained hands-on commercial litigation experience there. He has since appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, and Small Claims Court.
