About Nadimfard Golpira LLP

Nadimfard Golpira LLP is a two partner civil litigation firm with an office in Toronto, Ontario. It was founded by Behnam Nadimfard and Amirali Golpira, both graduates of Osgoode Hall Law School who trained at Bay Street litigation and employment law firms before starting the practice together. That background gave them a close look at how major insurers and institutional clients evaluate claims and decide when to settle, a perspective they now apply for individual and business clients on the other side of the table.

The firm concentrates on employment and wrongful dismissal disputes, personal injury and accident benefits claims, insurance and property disputes, construction liens, condominium disputes, and general business and commercial litigation. Nadimfard also holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, a degree that feeds into how the firm approaches workplace conflicts. Golpira received the Wendy Babcock Social Justice Award at Osgoode Hall Law School, given to a graduating student who showed a strong commitment to public interest law. Both partners practise in English and Farsi, and between them they've appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Small Claims Court.
