Randy Ai Law Office, the operating name of Ai Law Professional Corporation, is a Toronto employment law firm founded in 2014 by Randy Ai. Randy Ai holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from McMaster University, was called to the Ontario bar in 2010, and worked at another labour and employment firm before starting this practice. The firm has grown to a team of employment lawyers who work both sides of the employment relationship, representing employees in wrongful dismissal, severance, and human rights matters, and advising employers on contracts, terminations, and workplace policy.
