CP LLP is a Toronto business law firm with its office in the TD North Tower at 77 King Street West, in the city's financial district. The firm organizes its work into three groups: transactions, disputes, and intellectual property. On the transactions side, lawyers handle corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance for public and private companies, with clients drawn from the technology, mining, cannabis, pension plan, and venture capital sectors. The firm has acted on financings and going public transactions on the TSX, TSX-V, CSE, and NEO, including a bought deal prospectus offering for Vitalhub Corp. that raised gross proceeds of $34.5 million.

The firm's litigation group works on contractual disputes, shareholder remedies, real estate and commercial tenancy disputes, and family law matters, along with bankruptcy and insolvency work built on more than thirty years managing commercial and family disputes. Several of its litigators are qualified arbitrators, with experience appearing before single arbitrators and three person panels in Canada and abroad. On the intellectual property side, the firm advises on trademarks, copyright, privacy and data, and licensing. One member of the team served as a judge of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice from 1997 until retiring in 2021, then joined CP LLP as counsel offering mediation services, trained through the Harvard Mediation Program.
