About Josh
Josh Arbuckle is a partner in the business law group, practising mainly in corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law. His work focuses on junior public companies, transactions involving Capital Pool Companies, and stock exchange listings, along with venture capital and private equity fund formation. Josh advises clients in industries including natural resources, manufacturing, technology, and financial services, and he lectures regularly at TSX Venture Exchange seminars. Before joining the firm, he worked at major law firms in Toronto and New York, where his practice touched on public and private securities offerings and structured financial products. Josh received his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Ontario bar in 1999 and the New York bar in 2001.
