About Navin
Navin Khanna joined the firm's corporate and commercial practice group in 2005 and advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments, including leveraged and management buyouts and going-private transactions. He completed his B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Ottawa and his LL.B. and LL.M. at Osgoode Hall Law School, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1994.
