About Bogdan

Bogdan Nae is an associate in the business law group whose practice focuses on corporate, commercial, and securities law. He works on a range of transactions for public and private companies, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and commercial agreements. Before joining the firm, Bogdan was an associate at a leading Toronto full-service firm practicing corporate and securities law, and earlier worked in-house at one of Canada's largest banks and at an actuarial consulting firm. He earned his B.Comm with distinction from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2017 and his JD from Western Law in 2020, where he received the Hayes eLaw LLP Scholarship and the Dean Ivan C. Rand Award. Bogdan was called to the Ontario bar in 2021.
