About Paul
Paul Pathak is a partner whose work centres on corporate, securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law, guiding public and private clients in sectors such as mining, technology, manufacturing and venture capital. He has particular experience advising issuers and investors on public and private financings and securities compliance, including initial public offerings, reverse take-overs, Capital Pool Company listings and going-private deals. He has sat on the boards of several companies listed on Canadian and American exchanges and serves on the Local Advisory Committee of the TSX Venture Exchange in Ontario. Paul was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994 after completing his LLB at Osgoode Hall Law School, and later added a Certificate in Mining Law there in 2012.
