About Chloe
Chloe Kyrtsakas is an associate in the business law group who is developing a practice in corporate, commercial, and securities matters. She has helped clients across several industries with mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance issues. Before joining the firm, she worked as a corporate associate at a national law firm, where she also completed her summer and articling terms. Chloe earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2022 and a Bachelor of Commerce there in 2019, and she was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
