About Hon.
The Honourable Arthur Gans served as a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice from 1997 until his retirement in July 2021, having earned his LL.B. from the University of Toronto in 1972 and practised at Miller Thomson and later Fogler Rubinoff. He joined CP LLP as counsel in the fall of 2023, offering mediation services drawing on his experience in commercial, employment and administrative litigation.
