About Jean-Claude

Jean-Claude Demarchi is a corporate lawyer and has been a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario since 2016. He earned an Honours B.A. in psychology from the University of Windsor in 2008, then moved to London, England, where he completed a master's degree in management in 2010 and an LL.B. with Honours in 2013 at London Metropolitan University before completing Ontario's NCA process. He works closely with small and medium sized business owners and corporations, assisting with incorporation, business restructuring, transactional matters, ongoing compliance and government regulatory issues. His practice also touches wills, powers of attorney, trusts, leases, contracts and shareholders' agreements.
