Jagmohan Singh Nanda founded Nanda & Associate Lawyers Professional Corporation and serves clients as a barrister, solicitor and notary public. Early in his career he articled under Jagdish Singh Khehar, later the 44th Chief Justice of India, and earned his LL.B. from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar in 1996. He built a practice before the Punjab and Haryana High Court and the Supreme Court of India until relocating to Canada in 2001, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. His work today spans real estate, business, immigration, wills and estates, and personal injury, including thousands of residential closings and large commercial deals involving gas stations, hotels, land development and franchise arrangements. He speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
