About Stuart

Stuart M. Ghan focuses his practice on personal injury and disability-related litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability matters like slips and falls, and product liability claims. He has practiced law since 1993 and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Stuart spent more than a decade working for insurance companies in Ontario, giving him firsthand knowledge of how they manage and assess claims. He draws on that insurance-side experience, along with his understanding of relevant legislation and case law, to negotiate settlements that give clients the resources they need to move forward after an injury.
