About Samantha

At Nanda & Associates, Samantha Keser works as a senior lawyer within the litigation and dispute resolution group. Her civil and estate litigation practice covers contested estate matters, fiduciary disputes, dependent support claims, passing of accounts, and guardianship or power of attorney disagreements. She also handles general civil matters, including breach of contract, business and property disputes, leasehold issues, tort claims, and collection and enforcement of judgments. Samantha has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and various administrative tribunals, and she favours a pragmatic approach that draws on arbitration and mediation as well as trial. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2002.
