About Kas

Kas Marynick practises general litigation across civil, family, criminal, and estates law. He was called to the bar in 2005 after obtaining his LLB from Queen's University in 2004. After articling under two experienced criminal defence lawyers, he ran his own criminal defence practice, then joined a boutique impaired driving and over-80 defence practice as an associate in 2010. In 2014 he moved to a general practice firm in Mississauga, applying skills from his criminal defence years to civil and family litigation. He has practised at Nanda & Associate Lawyers since 2022, maintaining a varied caseload spanning family, civil, estates, and criminal matters.
