Zoe Huang is an intellectual property lawyer whose practice centres on brand strategy, trademark portfolio management, and dispute resolution. She has significant experience with trademark prosecution, opposition and expungement proceedings, and anti-counterfeiting matters, and she also helps clients reach practical solutions through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. Her client base ranges from small and medium-sized enterprises to multinational brands in industries such as consumer goods, fintech, artificial intelligence, and cleantech. Huang holds an LL.B. from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University, completed in 2023. She has been a licensed trademark agent since 2022 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2025.
