Zaia Daniel practises corporate and commercial law, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings and general corporate matters. He holds a dual Canadian and American J.D. from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, and previously worked at a downtown Toronto corporate firm.
