About Zachary
Zachary Sherman is building a litigation practice that spans class action work, construction industry disputes, professional liability claims, and insurance coverage disputes. Before joining as an associate, he summered and articled at Stieber Berlach, assisting with certification motions, sizable claims under the Construction Act, and disputed commercial matters, while gaining exposure to various courts, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative tribunals. He earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was named a Dean's Fellow in Civil Procedure and received the Howard S. Black Prize in Estates. During law school he took part in advocacy work for immigrants and refugee claimants, authoring educational materials for the Centre for Immigrant and Community Services and drafting refugee appeals and humanitarian applications for the FCJ Refugee Centre. He holds a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University (2019) and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2025.
