Christian Breukelman has a diverse litigation practice focused on defending professionals as well as directors and officers. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and the Federal Court, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in class actions, commercial disputes, medical malpractice claims, professional negligence matters, condominium litigation and employment disputes. His work includes trials, complex motions and appeals before the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal, along with appearances before tribunals such as the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
