About Samantha

Samantha Gob offers practical guidance to private and public sector employers across the full range of labour and employment law issues. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the Charles Edward Woodrow Award for academic excellence and the Faisal Mirza Writing Prize. While in law school she assisted the public through a clinical placement at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre and competed as an oralist at the Wilson Moot, and during her articles she completed a secondment at the Ontario Labour Relations Board. She earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Toronto, receiving the Most Outstanding Student Award for the highest CGPA in her program, and articled with the firm before her call to the bar in 2024.
