About Robert
Robert Spiegel has practiced securities and corporate law for over 25 years, including more than seven years as in-house counsel in the market policy and listings divisions of the Toronto Stock Exchange. He was a partner in a boutique securities practice for 19 years before founding Spiegel Law, and he also serves as counsel to Roy O'Connor LLP on securities regulation matters. He was called to the bar of Quebec in 1988 and to the Ontario bar in 1992.
