Alan Fenster is the founder and managing partner of Fenster Law, with over 40 years of experience in Ontario real estate, personal injury, and family law. He graduated from McGill Law in 1974 and was called to the Bar in 1976, and also lectures on real estate, wills, and powers of attorney.
